Summer rentals in Tuscany at the sea

All prices are per week (Saturday to Saturday) include water, electricity, gas, heating and cleaning costs.
The apartments will be available Saturday after 17.00 pm and will be delivered the next Saturday by 11.00
People staying in the apartment should not be more than this number when booking and not longer than the availability of beds.
Pets are allowed within the rules of Bon Ton as described on dogwelcome.it

Service
All apartments are equipped with chairs, tables and garden umbrellas and is served in a communal barbecue area park.
Upon request we provide bed linen and towels and children's bed (additional cost)

Terms of payment:
The reservation of the rental period the guest must pay a deposit of 30% of the fee (by bank).
On arrival at the apartment keys, guests will:
- Present their own ID card for registration;
- Pay the balance of 70% of the consideration, approval and liked the apartment in cash;
- Pay a deposit of 100 euros in cash, which will be returned to guests.

Cancellations:
In case of cancellation of the residency period in the 30 days before arrival 30% deposit is not refundable. You can take advantage of the amount paid for a replacement before the end of the year following the reservation.
